We have been setting out our stall and selling Shetland lamb at Edinburgh’s Stockbridge Market. Kirsty and Isabel wanted to gain a better insight into buying trends and people’s opinion of native Shetland Lamb (on behalf of our client, Shetland Livestock Marketing Group).
