First Nationwide Membership Campaign For Bowls Scotland Follows Branding and Website Projects

Having created the branding for Bowls Scotland (the new governing body for the sport following the amalgamation of the former men’s and women’s organisations) and its new website (Click here) we supported the sport further as it launched its first ever nationwide marketing campaign.

Willie Wood, Paul Foster (the current world indoor bowls champion) and Alex Marshall were all on hand at the launch in Glasgow on 3 May of the campaign, which will help clubs to promote their facilities to their local communities and attract more people to play the game. Bowls is one of Scottish sport’s great success stories, with around 90,000 players currently participating and the top-flight bowlers consistently winning at the highest levels.

Darren Wilson designed a range of promotional material for the membership campaign, with copywriting by Alastair Bruce. Darren also designed and built the website, while Laura Ward created the branding.
